Do I need to install SSL 360° in order to use Channel Strip 2 (V1 only) and Bus Compressor 2 plug-ins?

 

No, but features such as SOLO work by cutting the other Channel Strip plug-ins outputs, via SSL 360°. You also need SSL 360° installed to use the Plug-in Mixer / UC1.
