SSL 12’s power is based on the USB 3.0 specification, ensure you are connected to a USB 3 port that delivers at least 900ma. You can use C to C or C to A type cables with SSL 12. We include a 1.5m C to C cable in the box, as well as a C-A type adapter should you need it.
