Cannot hear others on video/conference calls through SSL Connex headphone output.

Incorrect output device selected in the application.

Navigate to the audio devices settings in the application and ensure the speaker/headphone output is set to “SSL Connex”

Headphone output muted or too low.

Ensure the headphone symbol is not red (muted). Tap the + button to increase the headphone volume or use the volume slider in the operating system.
