Where can I find my serial number?
Please use the full serial number from the base of the interface to register:
The serial number for registration is exclusively available inside of the box so that it can not be registered without opening the packaging. The box number cannot be used to register.
Registration Errors
Try registering with a different browser. For example there are reports of an issue registering with Chrome on macOS; try a different browser or right clicking and selecting "Save link as."
The number on the box is not the full serial number. The full serial is on the product bottom panel.
If you continue to have difficulty, contact product support using the Get In Touch Button at the bottom of the page, using the email you would like and include the full serial number or a photo of the bottom panel of the interface in the description.

In the event that you have not received the account verification email from Solid State Logic, please check your spam inbox.
If you do not receive an email please contact product support using the Get In Touch Button at the bottom of the page.
Please include the serial number on the bottom of your product, or attach a photo.
How to Remove a Registered Interface
To remove an SSL 2/2+ registration from your account, please contact support, using the Get In Touch Button at the bottom of the page, and include the bottom panel full serial number or a photo of the bottom panel of the interface in the description.
Please do not use the number on the box, it is not the serial number.

What is Ableton Live Lite?
This is software that allows you to record and mix music on your PC or Mac and is included with your interface. This is referred to as a DAW (Digital Audio Workstation).
How to Record MIDI into Ableton Live Lite (SSL 2+ only)
Windows users must first download and install the SSL 2+ USB driver. Mac users do not require an additional driver.
1. Connect your MIDI device to the MIDI IN port on the back of SSL 2+.
2. In Ableton Live Lite, create a MIDI / instrument track. Arm the track to record.
3. Press the record button.
Alternatively, go to Session view, and press record on one of the clips for the MIDI / instrument track to record a loop.
