As of SSL 360° v2.1.12 and above, UC1 and UF8/UF1 set to control the Plug-in Mixer now use a special OSC integration to integrate more deeply with Logic Pro. You can read about how to setup for the new enhanced functionality here.
If the order of your UC1/Plug-in Mixer tracks is jumbled up or in a seemingly random order, then it is likely that the SSL 360 OSC device required for the new integration has not been configured correctly or, you are running an older version of Logic Pro (likely earlier than 11.2), that is not compatible with the new integration. Again, please see the linked article above on how to get the SSL 360 OSC device working.
If, for whatever reason, you are unable to update Logic Pro to a version that works with the new OSC functionality, you will need to roll back to SSL 360 v2.0.6 in order to have the channel strips show up in the correct order. See this FAQ on how to successfully roll back to a previous 360° version.
