AWS, Duality and Matrix software is serial-specific. For this reason, to update both your console and access other software downloads (Remote and ipMIDI), please register the console serial number to your SSL account, where you will then find the download links:

If you have further questions about possible updates available for AWS and Duality, such as Delta Control and 629992XR LCD scribble panels, create a ticket at support.solidstatelogic.com and include the console serial number.
Please be aware that consoles manufactured before mid-2015 must be licensed to use the Delta Control plugin. Delta Control will not work on consoles that are not activated for Delta. You can confirm Delta is activated by looking for the LEGACY AUTOMATION option in the SETUP menu. If the console has the LEGACY AUTOMATION option then the console is activated for Delta and you will find the plugin on the web store. If the console does not have Delta open a ticket with the serial number on the back.
