SSL and sonible Synergy Pack

How do I get my ilok licenses?

There are two ways to acquire your licenses for this bundle, this will be impacted by where you purchased the product.

 

For purchases made directly from the SSL E-Store:

When you purchase the bundle directly through the SSL Store store, the ilok licenses for both products will be automatically deposited to your ilok account. Head to the ilok license manager application and activate the licenses via the 'available' tab.

 

For purchases made with Third Party vendors:

If you have purchased this bundle via a Third Party Vendor, you will have been issued a Software License Code

The Software License Code will look something like the below:

1234567-1331-1234-1AB123CD

You must register the code to your SSL Account. Please follow the instructions below:

  1. Go to https://account.solidstatelogic.com/register-product.
  2. Log into your SSL Account or create a new account if you don’t already have one.
  3. Click the 'Register Software' button.

  4. Fill out the form and click 'Submit'.

Once you have registered your software, the license will be deposited to the iLok User ID that you provide, and it will appear under the ‘My Products’ page.

 

How many activations are available for my ilok licenses? 

SSL plug-ins

  • 2 x iLok activations
    • supported activation locations: iLok USB &  machine based (iLok Cloud is not supported)

sonible plug-ins

  • 1 x iLok activation
    • supported activation locations: iLok USB &  iLok Cloud (machine based is not supported)
  • 1 x proprietary machine based activation per license
    • license key will be sent out to all customers at the end of the deal period of the respective bundle. If you did not receive your key, please submit a request to the sonnible team, with proof of purchase.
    • key allows to unlock one additional computer using sonible’s proprietary machine-based licensing system (and it can be registered in the sonible user dashboard)

 

Where can I install the plugins? 

For the SSL Plugins, you will see a 'Downloads' tab on the Synergy Pack products page. In here you will find a link for the SSL Download Manager app or offline installers.

How will the products be displayed in my SSL/sonible account

To ensure that the smart:EQ 4 license can still be registered and managed in the sonible User Dashboard (if needed), all customers will receive a separate sonible license code at the end of the promotion.

In your SSL account, both of products will show as the 'SSL and sonible Bundle' with both ilok deposit references.
