Some customers have experienced issues when using the Jog Wheel in ProTools, finding that it doesn't function as expected.
To resolve this, please go to ProTools' Preferences menu and ensure that 'Audio During Fast Forward/Rewind' is not ticked in order for the jog wheel to work correctly.
