SSL 18 Front Panel ‘OUT’ metering light doesn’t light

When selecting front panel metering to be sourced from Outputs in the SSL 18 Mixer, the front-panel 'OUT' LED doesn't light.

This is a known bug and will be fixed in the next SSL 18 firmware release.
