If you are registering your MKII interface and it isn't coming up with the right prefix that you see on your box, make sure that you have chosen the SSL2 MKII or SSL2+ MKII rather than SSL2 or SSL2+ - the serial numbers are different for the MKII interfaces and require that the MKII version be selected when registering.
