360 Enabled Plugins Causing Cubase and Nuendo Crashes

We are receiving reports that Cubase/Nuendo is crashing whilst using 360 and 360 enabled plugins. This is a known bug with SSL 360 and Cubase/Nuendo and we are working to find a fix. To speed up this process and help our investigation, please may you follow the instructions below:

 

Create a folder to hold the information listed below. It should be named, labelled and formatted as follows. Please do not deviate from this:

Mac ARM processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_M1_macOS15

Mac Intel processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_i7_macOS13

 

Windows Intel processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_i5_Windows11

Windows AMD processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_Ryzen5_Windows10

 

A text file containing:

    1. A short description of the issue and the plugins in question that cause the crash. 
    2. Cubase or Nuendo version
    3. 360 Version
    4. Number of 360 enabled plugin instances within the project 
  1. For Mac - Mac System report. This can be found using the following directory: 
    1. Settings > General > System Report. 
    2. Submit this as a .txt file labelled: System Report
  2. For Windows - Windows System report. This can be found using the following directory: 
    1. Windows Key > System Information > File > Export. 
    2. Submit this as a .txt file labelled: System Report
  3. 360 Logs. Follow this FAQ to do this
