We are receiving reports that Cubase/Nuendo is crashing whilst using 360 and 360 enabled plugins. This is a known bug with SSL 360 and Cubase/Nuendo and we are working to find a fix. To speed up this process and help our investigation, please may you follow the instructions below:
Create a folder to hold the information listed below. It should be named, labelled and formatted as follows. Please do not deviate from this:
Mac ARM processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_M1_macOS15
Mac Intel processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_i7_macOS13
Windows Intel processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_i5_Windows11
Windows AMD processor example: 360_CubaseCrash_Ryzen5_Windows10
A text file containing:

- A short description of the issue and the plugins in question that cause the crash.
- Cubase or Nuendo version
- 360 Version
- Number of 360 enabled plugin instances within the project

For Mac - Mac System report. This can be found using the following directory:
- Settings > General > System Report.
- Submit this as a .txt file labelled: System Report

For Windows - Windows System report. This can be found using the following directory:
- Windows Key > System Information > File > Export.
- Submit this as a .txt file labelled: System Report
