To help with diagnosing issues you may need to retrieve the logs of SSL Download Manager.
- Open Download Manager
- Click Support
- Click Retrieve logs
- Select where you want to save them and what you want to call them and click save.
- Send them to you SSL Support Team.
If for some reason your download manager, will not open the you can find the log files in
Windows
Download Manager logs: %appdata%\SSL Download Manager\logs
Mac
~/Library/Logs/SSL Download Manager
