Download Manager logs

To help with diagnosing issues you may need to retrieve the logs of SSL Download Manager.

  1. Open Download Manager 
  2. Click Support
  3. Click Retrieve logs
  4. Select where you want to save them and what you want to call them and click save.
  5. Send them to you SSL Support Team.

If for some reason your download manager, will not open the you can find the log files in

Windows

Download Manager logs: %appdata%\SSL Download Manager\logs

Mac

~/Library/Logs/SSL Download Manager
