SSL 12 Mixer Page in SSL 360° becomes very slow or unresponsive

If your system has an Nvidia graphics card and you experience the SSL 12 Mixer Page becoming very slow/unresponsive (slow meters, buttons in the GUI lagging a lot after pressing), then you might need to turn on OpenGL (a graphics setting). 

To fix this please ensure SSL 360 is closed and do the following;

Mac

  1. Open Finder
  2. Press and hold the Option key, Click on Go at the top.
  3. Select Library.
  4. Then Application Support > SSL > SSL360.
  5. Then open SSL360.properties with a text Editor.

  6. Change the value UseOpenGL from 0 to 1 and then save the file. 
  7. Open SSL 360° and test operation.

Windows

  1. Open Explorer
  2. Copy and paste this, %appdata%\SSL360\SSL360.properties, into the address bar;
  3. Press Enter
  4. Notepad will open, change the value of UseOpenGL from 0 to 1 
  5. Save the file.
  6. Open SSL 360° and test operation.
